Overview

This training course is devised to allow the participant, to assimilate, interpret and command the requirements of the norms that compose the FSSC 22000 certification scheme; on its fifth version (ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1, ISO/TS 22002-4, plus the additional requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard). This will provide the participant with a thorough overview of this scheme, which will allow them to adequately implement and document, within a food safety management system.

Goals:

  • Identify and assimilate the requirements of the FSSC 22000 ver. 5 (musts, documented procedures and records) for an adequate implementation
  • Identify and assimilate how to operate the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1, ISO/TS 22002-4, plus the additional requirements that integrate the FSSC 22000 scheme
  • Identify those tools that will help implement, the adequate update to the fifth version, of the FSSC 22000 management system of your organization 

Prerequisites:

  • Knowledge of HACCP (preferred).
