Overview

This training course is devised to allow the participant to identify and assimilate, the necessary requirements stablished by the SQFI, in order to implement the SQF quality management system, on its 8th edition. The objective of this training course is to provide the participant with the fundamental knowledge necessary to implement this management system based on SQF (Safe Quality Food). With this newest SQF edition, this management system gets updated, identifying an independent code for “Quality”, where there are specifications for the requisites that enterprises will need, in order to aspire to get the SQF code certification.

Goals:

  • Provide the key knowledge to perform an effective Audit of the SQF management system, on its 8th version (manufacture post process code, and quality code)

Prerequisites:

  • HACCP requirements
  • knowledge of the SQF code
  • Experience of the food safety sector
